At Transfrly, privacy is not an add-on. It is the foundation.

Transfrly is built around temporary communication, not permanent archives. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information we process, why we process it, and how our ephemeral design minimizes data persistence.

No permanent conversation history. No advertising profiles. No unnecessary collection.

Transfrly is designed for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction to consent to online services. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Transfrly is built to minimize data collection and does not create advertising profiles or maintain permanent communication history. Communications are handled according to our ephemeral design and applicable data lifecycle.

Parents or guardians with questions about a child's use of Transfrly may contact us at support@transfrly.com. We are committed to addressing privacy concerns and complying with applicable child protection laws, including COPPA where applicable.

Transfrly processes only the limited information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This may include:

• Technical information required to establish and maintain a secure connection.
• Information necessary to provide core features and temporary communication continuity where applicable.
• Anonymous, aggregate usage metrics collected through Plausible Analytics to help improve the Service.

Transfrly does not build advertising profiles or maintain permanent communication history. Information is processed in accordance with the Service's data lifecycle and removed when no longer required for operation, security, or a specific feature.

Extend Control is an optional premium upgrade that provides access to additional features while preserving Transfrly's core privacy architecture.

Extend Control does not change how Transfrly processes information. Communications remain temporary and are handled in accordance with the Service's data lifecycle. Certain premium features may temporarily maintain communications for operational continuity for up to twenty-four (24) hours, after which they are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Transfrly.io - Inbox is a temporary communication feature within the Transfrly ecosystem. Each Connection Handle includes a corresponding @transfrly.io address for receiving messages without creating a traditional email account or permanent mailbox.

Messages are processed only as necessary to provide the Service and any user-enabled communication features. Unless a feature expressly provides otherwise, communications are handled in accordance with the Service's data lifecycle, are not intended for long-term retention, and cannot be recovered once removed.

Transfrly.io - Inbox does not provide permanent inboxes, message archives, backups, or retrieval services.

Transfrly uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate and secure the Service. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies, or behavioral profiling.

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free, GDPR-compliant analytics platform that provides anonymous, aggregate usage insights without identifying individual users.

Analytics and operational information are processed only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and in accordance with our privacy-first architecture.

Payments for optional premium features are processed exclusively by Stripe, an independent third-party payment processor. Transfrly does not receive or store payment card information.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices. Premium access is provided immediately upon successful payment. Because access is activated instantly and is time-limited, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Transfrly uses industry-standard encryption and reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Service.

We continuously maintain and improve our infrastructure through security updates, monitoring, and operational safeguards to help protect the Service and its users.

While no method of electronic communication, transmission, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, Transfrly is designed with privacy and security at its core.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and similar regulations.

Because Transfrly is designed to minimize data persistence and does not maintain permanent communication history, many privacy rights, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability, are fulfilled through the architecture of the Service. Where information is processed or retained as required to operate the Service or comply with applicable law, we will honor valid privacy requests to the extent required by law.
