Service Description

Transfrly provides users with the ability to send messages to any device without authentication. Users can create a chat room by entering a device name, which generates a unique room code. This code must be shared with other users to establish a connection. Once the other user enters the room code, the room owner must approve the connection to enable real-time communication. All messages are transmitted directly between users and are not stored on our servers after the session ends.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Not engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not transmit or share any content related to terrorism, violent extremism, or any other criminal activities.
• Not share or promote adult content, including pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.
• Ensure that any content you transmit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Verify and approve connection requests to your chat room responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:

• Any illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, harassment, fraud, or the distribution of illegal substances.
• Transmitting or sharing content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engaging in activities that exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate any person or entity.
• Transmitting any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

Data Privacy and Storage

No Data Storage: Transfrly does not store any personal information, messages transmitted through the Service. All communications are ephemeral and are not retained on our servers after the session ends.

Compliance with Laws

While we are committed to cooperating with lawful requests from courts and law enforcement agencies, our inability to provide user data is due to our strict no-data-storage policy. Users are responsible for their own actions and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Transfrly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Transfrly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
