1. Introduction

Welcome to Transfrly ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using the Transfrly website or services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Transfrly® is a private, ephemeral communication platform. We do not require sign-ups, create user profiles, or store conversations. While Transfrly provides a secure, temporary communication environment, using the Service carries certain responsibilities.

2. Service Description

Transfrly allows users to create temporary, private spaces for real-time communication. Users choose an alias and share a randomly generated, single-session access code with trusted participants. All communication, including messages, files, and temporary inbox activity, is transient and erased automatically when the session ends or the self-destruct timer expires. Transfrly Rooms are stateless by design. Conversations exist only while active and are permanently destroyed when the session ends, with no stored record or recovery possible.

2.5 Transfrly.io - Inbox

Transfrly.io - Inbox is a temporary, session-based inbox within Transfrly®. It allows messages to be received and viewed during an active session without creating a persistent account or stored mailbox. Transfrly does not create or rely on user identity. Messages are accessible only within the active session and may persist temporarily due to system processing, with all data automatically cleared on a rolling basis and permanently deleted within 24 hours. Transfrly.io - Inbox does not provide message storage, history, or retrieval. Once cleared, messages cannot be recovered under any circumstance. This service is not a traditional email provider and is not intended for accounts, services, or communications that require retention, verification, or long-term access. Transfrly.io - Inbox operates differently from Transfrly Rooms. Due to the nature of email handling, delivery systems, and time-based processing, messages within the Inbox may persist temporarily but are fully cleared within 24 hours.

By contrast, Transfrly Rooms are designed to be stateless by architecture. Conversations exist only while active and are permanently destroyed when the session ends, leaving no stored record or recoverable data. You are solely responsible for how you use Transfrly.io - Inbox and for any content received or transmitted through it. To maintain service integrity and availability, we may apply temporary limits or restrictions. Transfrly monitors system performance and abuse prevention only. We do not monitor message content and do not retain or store messages beyond their temporary processing lifecycle.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services, to use Transfrly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

By accessing or using Transfrly, you agree to:

• Lawful and respectful use: Use the Service in full compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that respects the rights and safety of others.
• Authorized content only: Share only content that you own or are authorized to distribute.
• Respect for privacy: Honor the privacy, anonymity, and confidentiality of all participants.
• Accountability for your room: You are fully responsible for the people you invite and for all content shared during your session.

Transfrly provides the secure, ephemeral space, how you use it remains your responsibility.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Transfrly to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, defrauding, stalking, or abusing others
• Sharing pornographic, obscene, violent, hateful, extremist, or otherwise harmful content
• Exploiting, soliciting, grooming, or endangering minors
• Impersonating any individual, entity, or affiliation
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security, performance, or integrity of the Service
• Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated tools, or scripts to overload, interfere with, or attempt to extract data from the Service

Any attempt to solicit or exchange sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement authorities where legally required. While Transfrly does not track or identify users, we take such matters seriously and comply with applicable laws.

Transfrly provides an ephemeral, privacy-first environment, not a refuge for illegal or harmful behavior.

6. Abuse Handling & Temporary Safeguards

Because Transfrly does not track, identify, or store personal data, our ability to respond to misuse is intentionally limited. In rare situations where a verified report suggests potential abuse, we may apply brief, non-identifiable technical safeguards. These safeguards operate only in real time, contain no personal identifiers, and disappear automatically once the session ends. They cannot be linked to any individual and never alter Transfrly's vanish-by-design privacy model.

Users may report misuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct at support@transfrly.com or through our confidential reporting portal at transfrly.com/report.

6.5 Extend Control (Time-Based Session Capability)

Extend Control is an optional, time-based capability that allows a Transfrly session to remain active for an extended duration and unlock additional session controls. Extend Control does not create an account, does not enable message recovery, and does not alter Transfrly's vanish-by-design architecture.

Access to Extend Control is granted via a temporary code. Such codes:

• Are valid for seven (7) days from issuance
• May only be active in one session at a time
• Are not tied to user identity
• Cannot be recovered if lost
• Expire automatically without notice

All conversations, files, and session data remain ephemeral and are automatically deleted when the session ends.

Activation & Finality

Extend Control access is delivered immediately upon successful payment and cannot be revoked, deactivated, or reversed. Because activation occurs at issuance and access is temporary by design, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. Data Privacy & Storage

Transfrly operates on a no-persistent-storage model. We do not retain chat messages, media, personal information, or any form of persistent identifiers. Any technical data required for session functionality exists only while the session is active and disappears automatically once it ends.

Payments related to optional service capabilities are processed exclusively by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Transfrly does not collect, store, or have access to payment card details or billing information. Payment activity is not linked to chat sessions, access codes, or user activity.

We process anonymous, aggregate usage metrics through Plausible Analytics a GDPR-compliant, cookie-free analytics tool that provides insight without identifying users.

8. Security

All communication on Transfrly is delivered over encrypted HTTPS and isolated within its own secure room environment. We maintain rigorous technical and organizational safeguards to protect session integrity, though no digital system can offer absolute security.

By using Transfrly, you agree to engage with the Service responsibly and acknowledge that use is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Service Changes & Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Transfrly may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience arising from such changes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transfrly, its owners, affiliates, and service partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transfrly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service.

12. Legal Compliance & Governing Law

Transfrly cooperates with legitimate law-enforcement requests only to the extent compatible with our no-data-retention architecture. If presented with a lawful order, we may confirm that no retained or retrievable user content exists beyond Transfrly's temporary processing window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts within that jurisdiction.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, service marks, logos, design elements, user interface components, and underlying technology of the Transfrly Service are the exclusive property of Transfrly. Core elements of Transfrly's underlying architecture are protected under U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/898,367 (patent pending).

These Terms do not grant you any rights to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

14. No Emergency Services

Transfrly is not designed for emergency communication. You acknowledge that the Service cannot be used to contact emergency services or authorities.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
