Transfrly was built to be ephemeral and private. We do not require sign-ups, create user profiles, or store your conversations. That said, using Transfrly comes with certain responsibilities.

Service Description

Transfrly enables users to create temporary, private chat rooms for real-time communication. Users choose an anonymous username and receive a unique session code, which must be manually shared with others to join the conversation.

All communication is direct and short-lived. Messages and media are not stored after the session ends or the self-destruct timer expires.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to the use of online services.
• If you are under 16, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

User Responsibilities

By using Transfrly, you agree to:

• Transfrly is designed with a strict no-storage model.
• We do not collect or retain chat content, personal information, or persistent identifiers.
• All technical session data is temporary and automatically erased shortly after use.
• Analytics are handled via Plausible Analytics, a GDPR-compliant, cookie-free, privacy- first tool that collects only aggregated, anonymous usage metrics.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with lawful legal requests when possible. However, due to our ephemeral, no- data-retention design, we are often unable to provide any user content or identifying information.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Transfrly complies with all local, national, and international laws.
